What can we get done across two days?

That’s a great question! There’s no single solution for everyone, so when you book me for an intensive, we will customise based on your needs. Everything from strategic road mapping and operation manuals to key metrics and platform audits.

Here are some core offerings to inspire:

Strategic Roadmap

Clarify your business vision and translate it into a two-page strategic roadmap that encompasses the business’ values, why, niche, 10-year target, high-level marketing strategy, three-year plan with measurables, with a one-year business plan with quarterly SMART goals.

Operational Manual

Create a centralised, cloud-based hub to store your business’ most important information, i.e. your “wiki” or business operations manual. The purpose of documenting key systems and workflows to provide simplicity, clarity and consistency.

Key Metrics

Set up your “Scorecard” aka identify the top 5-15 numbers for your business that give you an absolute pulse on how you’re performing on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. Each number has an identified goal and a person responsible.

Core Processes and Platform Audit

Define the core processes for your business, i.e. those that have a major impact on the business’ bottomline. We’ll map out the key steps to each workflow, identify the challenges, highlight the areas of opportunity, and develop solutions along the way. With core processes nailed, if required, I can then provide a platform audit and recommendation summary, with optional setup and implementation support also available.

Accountability Chart + Team Health

Develop an “Accountability Chart” for the organisation, where I identify the major functions of the business and the associated key responsibilities, before allocating responsibility (i.e. structure first, people second). This tool can then be integrated within the business to align with job descriptions, reporting lines, meeting rhythms and team building exercises.

  • Schedule a complimentary Introductory Call to discuss your objectives and determine if there’s alignment to proceed.

  • You’ll then be provided with a booking link to select a date from the calendar that works best for you. You’ll complete the intake form and pay your deposit. Places are typically booked four to six weeks in advance.

  • You’ll be provided with access to the client portal and be sent some preparation work to complete prior to our Intensive to ensure we have a productive couple of days together. You’ll also be provided with a link to book your pre-intensive strategy call.

  • The pre-intensive strategy call will take place at least four business days prior to our Intensive. This will be an opportunity to review your completed prep work and align on priorities ahead of the Intensive.

  • During our pre-intensive strategy call I’ll finalise an agenda and structure for the two days that works for you and aligns with the priorities identified for our time together, but as a guideline, here’s a sample overview:

    Day 1: Strategy

    - Alignment call

    - Deep dive into current setups and create a custom plan that you feel great about

    Day 2: Implementation

    - I focus on implementing the systems and workflows

    - Secondary alignment call if required

    - Delivery of all assets, supported by video walkthrough and tutorials where applicable.

    In addition to any live calls across the two days, we will have also pre-selected a messaging app to utilise across the two days to collaborate as required as I work through the action list.

  • I will be available for 30 days of follow up email support should you have any questions or need support.

When you book this service, you are booking me for my time and specialised expertise, not a set of deliverables.

My two-day Intensive has been designed to create maximum results in minimum time, but the success of our time together does significantly depend on your ability to complete the required pre-work prior to the Intensive, as well as ensuring you’re available, responsive, and can offer feedback and decisiveness across the two days.

So, when you book, ensure you have the capacity to participate fully and wholeheartedly.

Please also note that you can book additional days upfront for more elaborate projects, or simply schedule additional half or full days at a later date as required.

  • After you have made your booking, you will receive client prep work which needs to be completed prior to our session together. The success of our time together does significantly depend on your ability to complete this prep-work, so please ensure you allow time for this when selecting your preferred date.

  • I am regularly working with clients across the globe and I offer flexibility with my working hours to ensure there is plenty of crossover. Where required, Business Flow Two-day Intensives can be split into further consecutive half days to accommodate schedules.

  • Places are typically booked four to six weeks in advance and I would recommend at least two weeks to complete the prep-work. If you're looking to book a day earlier than what's available, email me to see if there's any openings.

  • By default services can be paid in full or over two payments with a 50% deposit required upon booking. Should you wish to pay in further instalments, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we can create a payment plan to accommodate this. Please know that full payment is due by the date of service.

  • During our pre-intensive strategy call I’ll finalise an agenda and structure for our two days together to ensure it works for you, but as a guideline you can expect we will have a call on both days.

    In addition, we will have pre-selected a messaging app platform for easy communication across the Intensive. Please remember the success of our time together does depend on your ability to be available, responsive, and ready to offer feedback and decisiveness across the two days.

  • Yes absolutely. You can book additional days upfront for more elaborate projects, or simply schedule additional half or full days at a later date as required.

  • Having worked with clients in both one and two-day intensives, this offering has been updated as an initial two-day experience as I believe this provides the most comprehensive and valuable experience for my clients. So while I don’t provide the option to book just one day upfront, clients who have completed an initial two-day intensive are then welcome to book in for additional half days or full days as required.
