The Strategic Action Plan offering is designed to provide immediate clarity and recommendations so you can build traction. It can absolutely be utilised as a standalone service, but can also serve as a foundation to dive deeper into work together with the two-day Business Flow Intensive.
Business Flow Two-Day Intensive is designed to set you up with structure and systems to take your business to the next level and get you back your time.
Fractional COO Services is an offering designed to provide you with more hands-on support over an initial three-month period. I work as an extension of your team, providing support across strategic planning, operations management, process improvement, and team leadership and development (tailored around your needs).

After you have made your booking, you will receive client prep work which needs to be completed prior to our session together. The success of our time together does significantly depend on your ability to complete this prep-work, so please ensure you allow time for this when selecting your preferred date.

I am regularly working with clients across the globe and I offer flexibility with my working hours to ensure there is plenty of crossover. Where required, Business Flow Two-day Intensives can be split into further consecutive half days to accommodate schedules.

Strategic Action Plan: You can book this service immediately. Typically, the clarity call component of this offering is available within two to three weeks, which gives you plenty of time in the interim to complete the questionnaire ahead of our call together.
Business Flow Two-Day Intensive: Places are typically booked four to six weeks in advance and I would recommend at least two weeks to complete the prep-work. If you're looking to book a day earlier than what's available, email me to see if there's any openings.
COO Fractional Services: I generally will only work with 1-2 clients at a time in this capacity and as such there can often be a waitlist for this service. I’d encourage you to book an introductory call to discuss your needs and explore my availability.

By default services can be paid in full or over two payments with a 50% deposit required upon booking. Should you wish to pay in further instalments, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we can create a payment plan to accommodate this. Please know that full payment is due by the date of service.

During our pre-intensive strategy call I’ll finalise an agenda and structure for our two days together to ensure it works for you, but as a guideline you can expect we will have a call on both days.
In addition we will have pre-selected a messaging app platform for easy communication across the Intensive. Please remember the success of our time together does depend on your ability to be available, responsive, and ready to offer feedback and decisiveness across the two days.
